Jackson Browne

Jackson Browne was born on October 9, 1948, in Heidelberg, West Germany. His father, a United States Army soldier, was stationed there at the time, and his mother was a concert pianist. The family moved to Los Angeles, California, when Browne was a child. He grew up in a musical environment, influenced by folk music and rock.

Browne began his music career in the late 1960s, performing in various clubs and writing songs. He gained attention as a songwriter and was soon signed to a record label. His debut album, "Jackson Browne" (1972), featured the song "Doctor My Eyes," which became a hit.
